I am a senior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, majoring in Journalism with a minor in Political Science. With a strong foundation in photography, writing, data journalism and storytelling, I am dedicated to capturing and sharing compelling narratives from my community and beyond.
As a finalist in the Perry Photojournalism Challenge for three consecutive years and a 2024 News21 fellow, I have honed my skills and discovered my passion for amplifying the voices of those around me. From covering local events to delving into complex social issues, I strive to create impactful stories that resonate with audiences and inspire change.
Looking ahead, I am committed to continuing my journey in journalism, seeking opportunities to deepen my understanding of the world and contribute positively to society through my work. I am excited to explore new storytelling techniques and tackle pressing issues, all while remaining dedicated to the craft of journalism.
